Order Cancellations
Under the Ireland / United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from SASHA.ie, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made by email or over the phone between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. If you have placed an order over the weekend or on an evening please call first thing on the next working day.
Where your order has already been processed and dispatched for delivery the order will be treated as a return and for this reason to be accepted as a cancellation the order must be cancelled before 11am. There is no charge associated with an order cancellation and your credit card will be refunded in total.
If the cancellation is after 11 am and the item has already been dispatched then the transaction will be treated as a return.
Please note that:
- All refunds can and will be made only if you provide your name, address and order ID enclosed with fully tagged products.
- Due to security reasons your card details will not be stored on our system. Therefore upon receipt of your return we will call you in order to obtain the card details. Please note that we can only speak to the account holder and we can only refund to the original card used when placing the order.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us ( Using the return bag provided) ensuring the items are in their original condition as when they were sold, with all tags attached. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of the date of your receipt.
We will issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) within 10 days of receiving the item back to our warehouse. On receipt of the item back, we will examine the item to ensure it has been returned in the condition it was dispatched. Confirmation that the refund is being processed will only be provided after the item has been inspected on its return.
Please follow the return goods instruction provided with your purchase.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of perfume and smoke.
All items bought in PROMOTION must be returned within 7 days
An item may be exchanged for a different size / colour if preferred.
If you receive a Faulty Item ?
Sasha.ie will be happy to immediately refund any item that is received in a faulty condition, without any charge to the customer.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If you receive the wrong item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
SASHA.ie will issue a full refund or swap the item for the correct item free of any additional charge.
Discount codes & vouchers
In order to receive a full refund on sale/promotional items purchased from our web store the items must be returned back to the Web store within 7 days. .
All items returned must have their original packaging, therefore 'do not remove' tags or swing tickets attached to the item.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, hair accessories or hosiery unless the item is of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a recognised delivery service with a tracking number.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure returns are delivered back to Sasha.ie and no refund or exchange can be made until goods are received back.
- The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse and all refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of a returned item. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
